Curbside/telemedicine service during COVID-19

To our valued clients,

Please be assured that we are here for you and will remain open during this challenging time to provide the best care for your pet.
We have implemented Curbside/Telemedicine Service and ask that you please fill out and send the intake form before your appointment. Upon your arrival call our hospital (303) 258-7355. A staff member will personally escort your pet into the hospital.

We ask that you remain in your car or in the parking lot while your pet is with us. Your veterinarian will consult with you by phone regarding your pet’s health and treatment plan. A staff member will escort your pet back to your car. Payment will be taken over the phone and a receipt will be emailed.

If you are picking up medications or food, please call upon arrival and we will bring the items out to you.

As a safety precaution for both clients and staff, we ask that clients do not enter the hospital at this time. Exceptions are critical situations, emergencies, and at the doctor’s discretion.

We also ask for your patience as we will have a higher volume of calls as we try to assist you as quickly as possible
